Once we refund the payment, it may take up to 5-10 business days for the credit to reflect in your account. Actual time taken for refund depends on your payment cycle with your bank.

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you exchange.

If you would like to cancel the order, drop us a message to booksale@rkmpune.org within one hour after placing the order. The money will be refunded to your account. Refunds will not be considered once the order is packed or shipped.
